in anticipation of big changes

Big changes are coming for the Jorgensen family and in anticipation of our move east I have been encouraged by my friend Carolyn to start a little blog. The hope is that we can keep our family and friends in the loop as to the goings on of the Jorgensen family or sandwich as I affectionately call our little trio. I hope this blog can also help soften the ache that distance will cause.

We have had a wonderful summer with Kate so far - camping, biking, swimming and just hanging out with our friends and family. She's an amazing little lady and fast stole the whole of our hearts.

Next week Kate and I will journey out to Moncton to see Cody who has been training this last week with his Dad and Janice in Brampton. Tuesday marks Cody's first day in the Petitcodiac Terra Nova office - his new work home. After Pappa picks us up from the airport I will have a first chance to check out Moncton before we head off to Aunt Candace and Uncle Paul's home in Margate, PEI. So much is uncertain in our lives right now with our house being on the market. We have no idea when it will sell and when we can be together - in the meantime I am doing my best to ensure we enjoy this great weather and see as many people before our departure. We'll be away for about ten days and hopefully return full of excitement about future eastern adventures.
